Nivea needed a water system that catered to four manufacturing vessels simultaneously. We also took into account their washing area when we designed their system. We divided their water distribution system into counted and uncounted loops from a single tank so that the washing area could also be catered to without any disturbance to production. Best of all, we optimised the design in with a single Mass Flow meter that catered to all four manufacturing vessels simultaneously saving them energy and utilities and using less equipment.
