Pure Steam Generator is a one of a kind purification system with a sleek mechanical construction in SS 316L. All contact parts are electropolished to less than 0.4 RA microns, and the joints are orbitally welded with video-boroscope. The system is pre passivated and offers high flexibility with a variable production capacity of up to 80% without additional plant modifications.
As with all TSA technology, enhanced performance and energy savings are par for the course. Pure Steam Generators are available in various models with flow rates ranging from 50 to 1500 kgs per hour and are compliant with USFDA 21 CFR part 11 and GAMP 5. Double tube sheeting, pre-heaters and exchangers are optional.
